Mature Couple in need of low cost housing in Phx or East Valley areas

We are currently spending daily pay from work on a hotel which trying to save for a rental very difficult!! Moving is expensive especially around the middle of the holidays & looking for a safe affordable place to call home. We wanted to have Thanksgiving in a new home but there still is time to enjoy Christmas in one. We are in late 30's, honest, drug & drama free, hardworking, and responsible as we like to stay in a place as long as possible (long term tenant or rent to own) Not a fan of change or moving. The only vehicle had paid in full was stolen about five months ago and was never found, just making things even harder us with speed bumps at every corner. We have (small under 10lbs) dogs so a patio or yard be great! Both of us are willing to clean, handy work, babysitting and daily tasks. We will do what we can especially if/when someone is offering us a way to get back on our feet. We have been unable to find a decent place that is affordable. A Christmas with a new roof and our furry family is all we could dream of. We are hoping someone or an opportunity will present itself.
