1988 ford f-250 7.3 idi 4x4

This is a decent truck and runs and drives really good. It’s a 1988 ford f-250 7.3 idi with 4x4 and 5 speed. The speedometer does not work but the engine and transmission was replaced around 40,000 miles ago. This is a work truck and has its dings and dents and it’s been used for sure. The original color was blue but the person who owned it before me spray painted the outside of it. The only problems are is that the taillights don’t work and the speedometer doesn’t work. The power steering works a little bit but not just like it should. The actuator arm for the ignition is broke so u have to start and stop the engine with pliers but that is a really easy fix.
