HTF 1941 Champion Outboard Model 2G Opposed Twin 5.3HP Outboard Motor

There is no shipping on any of these motors. I am too far away from truck shipping docks and am a one man show. PLEASE NOTE: this motor does not have the correct gas tank that would make it all original. Someone put a lot of effort into making this “square” tank for the motor that is seen in the photos. The model number is 2G with a serial number of 9242. This is an opposed twin motor from before World War 2. This is a northern Midwest USA motor and has a great bounce to the flywheel. It sure would be a shame to not see this one run again. The tank is a good place holder until you find an original one. The original tank / cowling was much more rounded- pretty progressive for 1941! I have not tried to gas this one up and run it- it’s not been run in a long time and would be far better off having the fuel and ignition systems checked over before expecting it to run well.
