1996 4Runner limited " supercharged "

Ok, I seriously cant believe im doing this. The truck has been my pride and joy for 4 years. She is a 96 4Runner limited with rear locker . This truck has not been used as my Dailey driver but has been driven Dailey . It has never been Offroad or abused in anyway, consider this a grandpa driven truck. It shows throughout by seeing it and driving it that it has been babied.im not sure I want to do this honestly, I'm really not. It has 221,000 miles on her and has been driven across the Midwest and never left me stranded. 1. HISTORY I bought this tuck with 183,000 miles 4 years ago from a family in Highlands Ranch. I have owned many 3rd gen 4runners and this one is by far the nicest and most taken care of. My younger brother has a 99 4Runner with 265,000 miles and he lives here in Denver . My younger sister has an 02 4Runner with 193,000 miles and lives in Portland, Maine. All trucks have never left my family stranded. Anyway, my 96 was owned by previous owner ( which whom i still talk with and send pictures of truck too ) for about 15 years. He was very meticulous with maintenance like me and kept records which i still have.the truck has been in Colorado since about 20,000 miles according to carfax which i can show. I am the third owner. The truck was a family truck for prior owner and when one of the three sons got his license and was driving he was in small accident with tree. Truck was totally professionally repaired used oem parts and capa certified parts. You would never know if I didn't say anything. This was over 10 years ago and i have the whole repair sheet from where it was repaired and what was repaired. Very detailed and informative if one wished to see it. It has always passed emissions with flying colors. MAINTENANCE Everything has been maintained to the highest level on this truck. I have a full bag of receipts and documents since 70,000 miles from previous owner. When i received it i started a three ring notebook with lamination stating date, mileage, receipt, and what was done to truck. This doesn't only include maintenance but EVERYTHING that has been done. there is way i can put everything down but i will name some big items. Timing belt and all related components were just done 200 miles ago, coolant is changed every year along with trans fluid. Ball joints and sway bar end links with poly bushings. All OEM parts have been used through my ownership of truck. Outer tie rods, brand new wrangler Duratracs , suspension, all fluids. SERIOUSLY, I don't think you can find a truck documented like this. I treated it like it was 1,000,000 dollar car. To give you an idea , the receipts i have in my folder ad up to over 10,000$. Truck needs nothing and is ready to go. The steering rack has wet spot but has never leaked or anything like that. Otherwise there is no leaks. SUPERCHARGER As you can see in the pictures she's a 1st gen TRD supercharger. I purchased it in Oklahoma out of a 99 4Runner limited with 130,000 miles that had been rolled. It was in great condition with no shaft play or leaks and felt great. However, i am crazy with stuff being perfect and didn't even install it right away because i wanted it to be gone through. I sent it off to THE HIGH SPEED LAB. They specialize in EATON Superchargers. I got a call from the owner ( WADE ) to let me know he received it and had torn it down. He told me this was one of the cleanest 1st gen m62 he had seen and that it was in great shape. Even the original rotor coating was still all there and in great condition. I still wanted a full rebuild . I got a full rebuild of rotor packs , needle bearings ( upgraded ones for longer lasting )nose cone and everything else that could be replaced. I also got the rotors thermal coated Incase of running methanol. The upgraded needle bearings are a double lip seal. It also has a brand new butterfly valve and bypass actuator valve all using OEM Eaton parts. This service was close to 1,400$. It has about 12,000 miles on it since rebuild.NO LEAKS OF ANY KIND, NOSE CONE, BOOST PRESSURE are all great. Supercharger sounds great and has the normal sound of this type of Eaton m62. She's perfect and makes about 8 to 9 pounds of boost. URD UPGRADES So after about 6 months of having the supercharger on i got the URD 7th injector kit. I also got the 2.2 pulley along with an autometer z series boost/vacuum gauge and AEM wideband along with a lot of other little things I'm sure I'm forgetting. Truck has URD dynamic tensioner no slip pulley. I also got the URD 02 sensor calibrator to tune in closed loop. When installed truck was running very very rich in the 10s. I did have it dynod before tuning and it put down 183 horse and like 195 torque. Again that was pig rich and untuned. I had a buddy who had same setup and we went out to country and tuned it. WOW. We took out 20% fuel across the board and she runs about 11.5 in full boost now WITH NO PING, KNOCK,DETONATION. Even in the summer with ac on. I have actually never heard this truck ping or knock once. Some trucks are ping happy and some are not. Anyway, she is dialed in and runs great. I got the LED indicator light from the AEM water/methanol kit and hooked it up so when the 7th injector is spraying the light turns on. Everything is done very neat and right. Alt of time and effort has been put into this. Call me obsessive.hahaha BODY She cleans up very very nice. She does have some hail damage which i noticed after i got the truck. For some reason its hard to see with the desert dune color.it has original paint. I put 98 desert dune mud flaps on it because i think it looks better. It has 20 % tint all around with a 5 % strip on the front. There is a small crack in windshield that is totally out of sight and is not noticeable. I bought a brand new arb bumper and put it on. It does have small dent on rear hatch from prior owner from backing out garage and forgetting to close it. In some of the pictures you will notice the grill is not on. That's because i am almost done with a projector retrofit. I purchased that from TRS. Nothing is wrong with front end. Oh yea, B&M trans cooler with magnificent inline filter. Anyway, the retrofits will come with truck if wanted.it has an OEM sport hood that has dealer TRD supercharger stickers on it which i thought was pretty cool. Has OEM Toyota bug guard. Has a full THULE rack with 2 bike trays and new THULE airscreen. Looks great. INTERIOR Truck has front seat covers. They are caltrend . These were close to 300$. They are great, i have no idea what seats look like under as they have never been off. The drivers seat is of course getting a little worn but still fine. I converted the interior to look like the 99 limited interior. I used all OEM parts from yota Jims. Truck has brand new OEM Toyota mats front and rear. Also has the OEM 4Runner rear mat too. The interior is in incredible shape. Not just for a 23 year old truck but for a brand new truck. This truck is so well taken care of. I get compliments all the time. It gets cleaned every week. TRUCK STAYS CLEAN. No pets, no smoking, no passengers. I have no kids . Everything works, ac is ice cold and has new OEM condenser and dryer. All windows work, no check engine lights. CONCLUSION I thought i would keep this truck forever. I really did. I sent oil sample during oil change off to BLACKSTONE LABS and had it tested. They responded with great news. The engine is in incredible condition and is compared to same motors all over the world. My motor tested in better condition than non supercharged 5vz. The engine is wearing great. No headgasket leaks or anything like that, all was tested. This was done less than 10,000 miles ago. Everything that has been posted is documented and sealed. Like i said this truck is my life and it was not abused in the least bit. I have references that will testify to how well i take care of my vehicles and the type of person i am.
