1970 chevelle/malibu sumped fueltank/auto crossmember

This tank was new and sumped, it started leak6ing at fill neck and 1 of the bungs in sump. I cleaned it and used military epoxy on both bungs and fill neck. Has been leak free for 2 years with maybe 1500 miles driven. Tank has working sending unit. 1 of the bungs just has a cap on it, that could be used for fuel injection return line? Just has rustoleum paint after it leaked and ruined slick paint. Comes with straps, no gascap.
