For lease to experienced W-T-C riders: calm, well trained, and very talented horses and ponies with show experience in hunt seat, dressage, and low jumps (18"-2'). These are one-owner horses/ponies, hand-raised, and people-friendly. They love attention and seek their "own person". The farm isn't a fancy show place, but it is convenient to Raleigh, NE Wake County, and all points connected by I-540, and the horses are all well cared for. The farm has a lighted covered arena, a large outdoor with a 20m x 60m dressage arena, and a couple partially wooded acres to hack around since housing developments took up our trails. Monthly lease includes all board, vet, and farrier fees. You are welcome to attend local shows (small fee for trailering). Sparkle is a 15.2H bay Paint-TB cross mare with a white blaze and a "Cadillac" smooth trot that would dazzle in Western dressage. She's been shown hunt seat by an amateur youth and is a "natural" over low jumps (18"). $250/month. Hershey is dark brown 15.2H+ Anglo-Arab mare, very sweet and a good "teacher" -- she does what you ask. Shown in Training Level dressage with scores in the 60s. Beautiful mover and very responsive to the Classical dressage aids. She has won blue ribbons in Training Level dressage. $250/month. Billy is an older 14.2H gray Arabian gelding with a good forward trot and spunky canter. He has been shown by amateur/beginner riders in hunt seat at open shows and Intro dressage. $200/month. Peanut is only 13.2H, a chestnut Arabian gelding that insists on attention. He's very smart, cute as can be, and needs a "job" to keep him out of trouble.
