Folding Bike by Strida (British Design)

DESCRIPTION: Invented in the United Kingdom as an elegant transportation alternative, the STRiDA features a unique triangular construction that folds in five seconds, uses a greaseless Kevlar®belt (rather than a chain), and can easily roll when folded. The Strida also has an integrated "parking brake" (shown in photos) that easily locks the wheels making it more stable when parked or folded. I am the second owner of this bike. It was purchased new in 2008 (an original purchase receipt is provided). It has been very lightly used and is in like new condition. The only damage is to the nose of the saddle (shown in the photos). Also included with the bike are a padded carry/storage bag with handles, the original Strida mult-hex drive (w/bag), and an original copy of the Strida 5 owner manual. This particular bike has 16” (ISO 305) spoked wheels with alloy rims that are compatible with a much wider range of tires than the LT’s polymer wheels or the Strida’s18” wheels.
