Running 5 days a week 8 hours a day at this time very successful a true southern charm 3 years running now and since January our sales has really increased as we added a meat and 3 to our existing menu, it has come time to retire not interested in leasing just selling. Come make offer this could.be your dream come.true .This would make a great young family business or for someone that wanted to stay open more days a week and install a country breakfast (which I would be a regular customer) longer hours would be great but I just don't have the energy for it.
