Grass-Finished Katahdin (Hair) Ram Lambs

3 Katahdin ram lambs going to North American Foods on June 3rd. $5/lb hanging weight, you pay butcher fees. Each lamb will likely be 50-80lb. Katahdins are hair sheep known for their tender meat and mild flavor, not the strong flavor that wool sheep can have.
