2013 Mazda 3 priced to sell

Selling my car in a convenient East Austin location for $7400. Manual transmission and agile suspension make for a sport drive. I am the 2nd owner, and purchased from a reputable dealer back in 2015. Only 40k mileage! This car will last forever, easily another 100k. No mechanical or other issues and well maintained. I had another Mazda 3 for ~7 years before this one that I bought (and sold) off Craigslist. Can share CARFAX report pulled Dec 2018 that shows the car's retail value at $9,620.
