I need work done @home repairs. have a car

These are but a few of the things I need to be done, I am not expecting to have all these things done for the car/. I WANT TO HAVE A PULLDOWN LADDER INSTALLED. I NEED A NEW ROOF ON A SMALL BUILDING AND DETACHED GARAGE. I supply materials Would like to have partial removal of concrete in the driveway. The tree next door is tearing it apart. This is what I have to barter. An Isuzu Rodeo. Its a real workhorse and drives GREAT. NEVER HAD ANYTHING GO WRONG WHILE DRIVING THIS VEHICLE. DOESNT look so good but a trip to pick and pull to get a few things is not hard to do. Esp if you know bodywork THE BAD....... I have let the license plates expire, but it is registered non-op. THE UGLY......It has body damage to passenger door...rolled into a pole with the door open... And I backed into a pole. bent rear fender... THE GOOD....AND THERE IS SOME....It may be newer, I'm not sure. ...the engine and everything under the hood is good...runs strong. Great gas mileage..A REAL WORKHORSE. I loved this car but I can't deal with fixing it and it has to get out of my driveway! It needs a battery so if you want to come and test it out, bring one. The only thing under the hood that needs to be repaired is the power steering leaks, NEED TO CHANGE THE HOSE. I just kept filling it up... It needs a good cleaning. I am the 2nd owner, the first took great care of this car in every way. oh yeah, tires are really good, lots of treads
