Laundromat for sale

For sale by owner. Fully operational, busy, and extremely successful laundromat for sale. There is 16 washers and 16 dryers (all SpeedQueen), all of which were purchased brand new a few years ago by me when I bought the store. Along with the washers I also replaced the hot water heater with a brand new Natco energy efficient model. There is a very strong WDF program currently running. I am willing to finance for the right buyer. There is a very favorable lease in place which can be renegotiated. The laundromat has been voted runner up as best laundromat in 2016 and First place as best laundromat in 2017 in the Providence Journal "Best Of" thing they do. I am in construction and have no time to devote to running the laundromat anymore. My kids are too small to take it over. I just can't keep up anymore with two busy businesses.
