2008 Ford Econoline E150 - Great maintenance

I am selling my 2008 Ford E150. The previous owner was a telecommunications company (such as Verizon), so they had it very well maintained, and I have the Carfax showing all the regular maintenance. It looks great, inside and out. It has the 4.6L V8 so it saves on gas. Automatic transmission. I installed an Adrian Steel partition with a door in the middle for security and safety. I also recently put on new tires that should have at least 50k miles on them. I just had the A/C inspected and recharged, and it blows very cold. Other recent maintenance includes flushed radiator and water system, repacked front wheel bearings, replaced o2 sensor and PCV valve. Had the starter, ignition switch, and battery all checked out. Reason for selling is that I no longer need it. I used it mostly for roadtrips and I have another vehicle that I use instead, so now I'd rather someone else enjoy it.
