Description:

My father and partner in our Alpaca business retired due to health reasons. I cannot handle 50+ Alpacas myself so I am selling many at steep discounts, as much as 70% to 80% off! If you are new to Alpacas, they don't stink, are reasonably quiet, not dangerous, don't challenge fences and poo in a communal area. Easy keepers, perfect for a small homestead, we like to say anyone ages 8 to 80 can manage Alpacas. They are modified ruminants with a 3-chambered digestive system; incredibly efficient. Alpaca poo is an exceptional addition to your spent garden soil, not too hot, don't have to compost it first, way easier than cover crops. Alpacas are herd animals and therefore do best in groups of three or more, so our starter packages all consist of a minimum of three Alpacas. For example, we have a package of three nice boys (please see attached photo) that have been in the same pasture/paddock since they were little. They are trained to come over to the fence to get sprayed by the garden hose in the summer and to eat a grain supplement out of dog food bowls. Previously priced at $1500, we are now offering them at an 80% discounted price, $300 for all three boys. The next step up, we have another package of three different boys for sale, boys that almost made it as herdsires. These boys would be worth breeding, if you wanted to increase your Alpaca herd numbers with the purchase of females in the future. Also featured in one of the attached photos, these boys were priced at $2,500 and are now being offered at an 80% discount, just $500 for all three. When we purchased our first Alpacas in 2004, we elected to start with three girls. We purchased them while still working our day jobs and living in the city. We boarded them with a local breeder and bred them each year so by the time our ranch location was chosen and our homestead was all set up, we had a herd of 12 with young ones to sell. All female starter package for $1,500, was $5,000, now 70% OFF! Three females and one baby-to-be. You get Bella, granddaughter of the Great Snowmass Quechua (half-brother to $585,000 Invincible and sire of $675,000 Matrix), she sells with an included breeding to our Accoyo Iceman, grandson of the $600,000 sire of sires, Royal Fawn. Also included in package, Bella's mom, Holly Bells (retired from breeding) and Bella's half-sister, "farm greeter" April Rain. Or how about three breeding females from my "keeper" herd? One experienced breeder to serve as your anchor and two brand new breeders with their entire breeding careers ahead of them. You get exceptional representations of the genetic lines it took 15 years and more than $100,000 in seed money to build. List prices for these females: $4,500 + $4,000 + $3,500 = $12,000. For December 2018, I will offer this package of three breeding females and three babies-to-be (making for SIX quality Alpacas) for the bargain-basement price of $3,600! 70% OFF original price of $12,000!
