looking to lease/co-lease/feed lease/buy or barter for a trail horse

I am looking for a safe trail horse I can ride as I am going to have to put my 30yr old gelding down and I am feed leasing my other horse that I can no longer ride due to my disability as he is too spunky and unpredictable for me at this time, so I am faced with trying to find a horse that is calm, reliable, not spooky or flighty, something you would trust a beginner on (even though I am not a beginner I just can no longer ride like I used to but refuse to give up riding.) So since I can ride maybe once or twice a week for only short rides, I am also looking for someone that may want to lease a horse together or have a horse they board and want to save on boarding or have a horse that can only do light riding and want to find it a new home or want to have their horse get more attention or don't want to sell and would allow me to feed lease etc. Also looking for someone that wants to board their horse/horses so my horse has a companion next to it. Huge paddock with canopy and trees great for a horse that may have some arthritis and needs to move around and not be locked up in a stall. I have trails on and off property and also half a mile from horse shoe park and all the amenities. plus room for horse trailer or other things like rv, trailers, boats etc that you have and want to save on storage fees. I have many references from vets, rescues, clients, etc. and well known in the Queen Creek community. I just want to start riding again after all my surgeries but need a confidence building horse. My riding will consist of mostly walking down a trail for about an hour to hour and half depending on what my body can tolerate. so to break it down here are options that I am considering 1. Leasing a horse depending on price and terms 2. Co-leasing with someone since I won't be riding often or for very long periods so would share so we could both save money. 3. Feed lease from someone that doesn't want to sell but wants to give their horse more attention 4. Save someone on Boarding fees to allow me some use of their horse 5. Looking to buy a horse but must fit what I need 6. Can also barter for a horse as well if you are interested in my pet sitting/house sitting/babysitting/ or other services can also trade for other things I am selling like tack, electronics, etc. 6. also looking for someone to board as my horse will need a buddy so he is not alone.
