ISO home under owner financing or contract for deed!!!! We are needing a single-family home, 3 bedroom or 3 bedroom with den or 4 bedroom or 5 bedroom house must have least 2 bathroom. We have kids who need a nice size yard to run around in as well. It's ok if it needs TLC or Little Fixer upper is ok, On under owner financing or contract for deed. I can put between $5,000 to $5,500 cash down and if you need more maybe we can work something out. less then $135,000 and LESS THEN $1,000 PER MONTH, Affordable monthly payments. Must take pets because I have 2 Parakeets that are in a cage and I have a doctors note saying I can have them. Maple Lake, Buffalo, hanover, Delano, Rockford, Monticello, St. Michael-Albertville, greenfield, corcoran, loretto, MN area, maybe other areas, must be in the wright/hennepin county area.
