It was cheaper to buy a brand new trailer than rent an apartment. This trailer is in exceptional condition and has less than 50 miles on the chassis. Two slideouts, one in the rear bedroom and one for the dining/living room. The master bed and cover have never been used nor have the two foldout beds in the bunkhouse. As mentioned, this is a bunkhouse style trailer that will sleep 4 in the back room. The bunk bed in the rear slide out folds up. Bathroom has a separate entrance that cuts down on traffic through main trailer. There is a shower in the bathtub. Front slide out contains dining area and leather loveseat. Table area folds into a bed. Leather couch pulls out into a bed. Tv rotates to face master bedroom or kitchen and is removable so it can be mounted on outside of trailer. Sound system plays on two areas, inside or inside/outside. There is a full external kitchen with an additional refrigerator. Outdoor shower as well. Awning is power operated and has built in LED lights. Trailer has the cold weather package which is an insulated bottom with water pipes running in the heat vents to prevent freezing. A/C and heat work great. Comes with two batteries and two propane tanks. I am also including sewage hose, 50' of potable water hose, in-line water pressure reducer, in line filter, power surge protector, and two additional 25' plug in cords. This trailer easily sleeps 10+ people. I currently have the trailer winterized by the dealer. Price listed includes transfer of extended warranty and surface protection package.
