Male leopard gecko with 40 gallon

I have a male gecko named Vinny not sure how old he is but he is young and healthy he comes with a 40 gallon tank set up plus a brand new light along with the one already with the tank right now and an extra bag of dirt not much you would need to buy for him besides food since his tank is already set. I can talk about the price and make changes if needed as long as I know it’s a good owner
