Looking for a site, property or budding community

We are a hard working, independent couple who work for ourselves, currently looking for a short term place to situate ourselves. Possibly on an industrial site as caretakers or on a property with someone looking to set themselves up off grid... we don't desire anything fancy or close to public amenities. Water and electricity would be a bonus, as would access to a shop or barn. We find ourselves in a predicament where we must move from our current RV site, due to the landlord's situation changing and all tenants must go. We have been currently renting a site for 500/mth, power and water inclusive, for just over 3 years. At the moment we own a 5th wheel and a cargo hauler/workshop which holds all of our plumbing, carpentry tools and work stations. Including a generator, chainsaw, yard maintenance tools etc. We specialize in plumbing, tiling and home remodels and have worked on many tiny homes. He, 32, is a local to Washington and has a previous career in new construction, service and remodel plumbing, also computer IT and is very clever with all sorts of technical things. He is a problem solver, mechanically minded, and we work on all our own vehicles. She, 47, is from Australia and has a previous career in childcare and personal home care of disabled and elderly folk, specializing in natural healthcare. She is also an avid offgrid gardener and artist. She now enjoys self employment and being a jack of all trades. We are philosophers at heart, thick skinned, brutally honest with a wicked sense of humour. We are the kind of people who set ourselves to new things well and take great pride in our work. Most often we find ourselves landing in the lap of divine appointments... but everything happens for a reason right? As freedom loving, well armed, Jesus lovers, we would suit a place that desired some extra security. We have been living outside of the system now for several years and desire to remove ourselves from the control of the state as much as humanly possible. Hahaha. We also own 2 incredibly well trained pit bulls that have lived with wireless collars to protect our property for nearly 3 years now. Everyone that meets them has commented on their exceptionally loving temperaments and how well trained they are. We are open to renting for cash or barter or a bit of both. Our goal is to renovate our 5th wheel, sell it and move offgrid. We have been offered some land in Alaska, but cannot as yet afford the move. This would be a great opportunity for someone who needed some work/maintenance done or required some extra help.
