CALPHALON COOKWARE/ pots pans

This is a top of the line Calphalon style/model: Calphalon Commercial Hard Anodized Aluminum Non-Stick Cookware and Unison. I bought a fry pan and then began collecting them. Because each piece is broiler and oven safe, there is so much versatility. You can go from stovetop right into the broiler (for Frittatas, etc) and can be used safely on all stovetops, be it electric, gas, or ceramic. The handles stay cool. Hard anodized aluminum is 80% harder than stainless steel and the non-stick (but not Teflon) is safe and so easy (and healthy) to cook without oils. The cooking is extremely EVEN so there are no spots that are hotter or colder than others. I find this particularly advantageous when frying! You can use ANY kind of utensils and it is safe for deglazing and searing. Good for Stir-fry to Shrimp Scampi, these fry pans, saute pans, and pots will never let you down. I don't put mine in the dishwasher. AND they have a LIFETIME warranty! Strong, even heat distribution, durable, great looking, and best of all: Fantastic cookware that allows one pot cooking. Calphalon is one of the best (if not the best) brand in the business of cookware. I would consider selling some pieces separately.
